Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our Products. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.

Please be aware that SDK owners, such as Facebook and Yodo1, may have their own security measures in place to protect your data. We encourage you to review their security practices and policies.

Data Retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. The retention period may vary depending on the type of data and the purposes for which it was collected. For example, we retain account information for as long as the account is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to re-activate the Products. We retain information about your transactions and purchases for accounting, tax, and business purposes. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal data, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal data has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

SDK owners, such as Facebook and Yodo1, may have their own data retention policies. Please refer to their privacy policies for more information on how long they retain your data.

User Rights

You have certain rights under applicable data protection laws, which may include the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data, the right to restrict or object to processing of personal data, and the right to data portability. Depending on your location and subject to applicable laws, you may have additional rights, such as the right to request disclosure of the personal information we collect about you and the right to request that we delete your personal information.

If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the contact information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Please note that SDK owners, such as Facebook and Yodo1, may also have certain obligations regarding your rights. Please refer to their privacy policies for more information on how to exercise your rights with respect to the data they collect and process.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • The performance of a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • Our legitimate interests, such as to improve our Products, maintain our relationship with you, and protect our business interests.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation.

Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Switzerland, including to countries within the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom (UK), the United States, and other countries where the data protection laws may differ from those in Switzerland. If you are located outside Switzerland and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including personal data, to Switzerland and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Whenever we transfer your personal data out of Switzerland, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:

  • We will only transfer your personal data to countries that have been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data by the European Commission, the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office, or other relevant authorities.
  • Where we use certain service providers, we may use specific contracts approved by the European Commission, the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office, or other relevant authorities which give personal data the same protection it has in Europe or the UK.
